In November 2008, Parkson launched "Parkson Giving", a company-wide, management supported giving campaign to support three organizations that help local communities with water needs and education. Zain Mahmood, President and CEO initiated the campaign by stating "One of the most remarkable things about our Parkson environment has been the caring nature of our team members. I strongly believe that this special care, towards our communities and the environment, differentiates us from many other organizations." Employees have contributed time and money to the selected causes through voluntary payroll deductions, various donations and fundraisers, and volunteering community service hours.
