Oil & Gas - Produced Water
There is a growing need and gathering urgency to treat frac water for either recycle or reuse. Parkson products continue to be at the leading edge of helping OEMs complete their solutions and continues to focus on developing complete solutions to treat Produced Water that is technically sound, commercially viable and economically feasible.
Parkson Corporation continues to focus on developing solutions for this application. Solutions that best meet challenges of treating both flow back and produced water that enable recycle, reuse or meet regulatory requirements for discharge.Parkson is evaluating technologies that addresses the different aspects of treating frac water in an energy efficient, commercially viable and technically compelling solutions that treat for the following:
- Free and or emulsified oil
- - Suspended particulate solids
- - Heavy metals
- - Biological activity
- - Elevated dissolved minerals
Parkson’s employs innovative chemical, electrical and physical processes to treat these contaminants. The ultimate goal is to conserve this precious resource and be able to recycle and reuse this water in a commercially viable way.
Parkson Produced Water Treatment includes the following treatment steps:
- - Oil removal
- - Clarification and filtration
- - Scale control – heavy metal removal
- - Biological control
- - Dissolved solids reduction and brine maker
- - Sludge dewatering
The resulting stream(s) from our system will comprise of the following:
- - Treated clean water
- - Treated Brine (reject) stream
- - Sludge
- - Waste for recycle and or disposal
