Parkson has a dedicated team of engineers focused on continuous improvement, development, and innovation. The Innovation Engineers are responsible for making modifications to existing products to significantly improve their function and performance and to reduce cost while improving overall product quality.
Another area of responsibility for the Innovation Engineers is product development. When appropriate, the Engineers can be tasked with organic development of new and unique products and processes to add to Parkson’s portfolio.
Innovation Engineering follows the Stage/Gate process. And Engineers are responsible for all aspects of development from concept through launch.
